Digital marketing for hotels includes all online strategies designed to increase a property’s visibility, drive direct bookings, and engage guests throughout their digital journey. This includes search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online reputation management.

There are different collaboration models.

Option 1:
We create, plan, and optimise your campaigns and present all results during regular calls.

Option 2:
We develop the campaigns together. We provide training over the phone, and your team can then manage and adjust the campaigns in-house.

How do other hotels handle this?
If you have marketing-savvy team members with available time (at least 4–6 hours per week) who want to learn Google or Meta Ads, Option 2 is recommended. To generate direct bookings, potential guests must first be able to find your website.
If your organic (unpaid) reach is too low or your brand is not yet well known, digital campaigns can help increase awareness of your property and expand your visibility.

After that, the website itself should be reviewed carefully.

Guests who discover your property on OTAs such as Booking.com often visit your own website to look for additional information.
That’s your opportunity to convert them into direct bookers.

Because more than 90% of travelers search for and book their accommodation online. A strong digital presence enables hotels to stand out from the competition, reduce their dependency on OTAs, and build direct relationships with guests.

Digital marketing targets all relevant user touchpoints.
For example, a user may first search for a region — and your banner could already appear on a travel blog they visit.
